Meeta Kapadia is a Managing Director with HSBC Innovation Banking where she leads relationship management with venture capital firms in New England. In this role, she supports VC firms and their portfolio companies with financial solutions and insights tailored to the early to late-stage markets and across technology sectors. Meeta has spent over 20 years working in client-facing roles and throughout economic cycles and unprecedented situations including most recently, over ten years at Silicon Valley Bank and four years at JPMorgan. Meeta has also experienced startup life directly, including at Lot18 where she helped build the client service and account management teams for this early-stage ecommerce company.
