The Eddies & Global Eddies
Our signature programs provide local and international startups, mentorship (tailor-made to address each founder's specific challenges), entrepreneurial and leadership-development workshops, introductions to investors, and connections to ecosystem resources critical to their commercialization and scaling journeys.
Tailor-Made Mentorship
The cornerstone of our programs lies in the way we approach Mentoring. Founders are asked to list three (3) objectives they wish to achieve through our programs, and three (3) challenges faced; mentor(s) are selected and matched with startups based on their specific experience on the issues at hand. Each year's program very different from the previous ones, in that it is entirely based on the cohorts' unique objectives and challenges. Supplemental mentoring modules are offered in parallel with the one-to-one mentoring to provide a more wholistic approach to startup growth and scaling.
Regional Economic Development
Funded by the Office of Business Development of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MOBD), the MassInnoVation Network works with the Middlesex 3 Coalition to leverage their complementary strengths and build sustainable local innovation systems in different areas within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Outreach emphasis is placed on startups located in towns abutting Route 3 -Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Chelmsford, Lexington, Tewksbury, Westford and Woburn.

We are firm believers of "one-size-does-not-fit-most". Startup needs tend to vary significantly, even within a specific sector. Our extensive network, developed over 4 decades, allows us to support our founders with programs and special events that solve challenges by creating connections to:
