He provides audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, high technology, professional services, and manufacturing. He primarily works with mid-sized, privately held companies with multistate and global operations.  He has over 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting practice. He specializes in accounting and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) in accordance with US GAAP, financial statement preparation and analysis, and financial due diligence readiness.

Ruchi Shah is a Manager in BerryDunn's Commercial Practice Group. She provides tax consulting and compliance services to clients in several industries, including professional services and technology.  She specializes in income and sales tax, tax compliance, and tax planning. Her experience includes federal, state, and local tax planning for C corporations, S corporations, commercial entities, technology companies, and other privately held businesses.
