APPLICATION PROCESS
The 2024 Eddies Application Phase is Now Closed
The Winner of each Innovation Track will be presented with
a $10K Cash Award at the 2024 Evening of Innovation.
Any startup headquartered in Massachusetts can apply for an Eddies Award, as long as:

it has developed/marketed a revolutionary product, technology, or process, that helps improve the human condition,
-
does not employ over 150 people, and
-
has not raised funds exceeding Series C -or equivalent.
There is a (non-refundable) application fee of $75, paid at the time of application submission; there are no participation fees for those teams who move on to the final and live phase of the competition, the Annual Eddies Showcase (October 9th).
Innovation Tracks are updated every year, to reflect current market trends and developments.
For 2024, the available categories are:

Minority- or BIPOC- Owned or Led
An organization can apply to more than one Category if they have more than one product to be considered; however, only ONE product or process entry is accepted per organization within each Track.
Three online information sessions are scheduled for interested applicants. Please visit our events page for further details regarding the scheduled times.
All Applications/Entry submissions must be completed ELECTRONICALLY no later than Friday, April 26, 2024; at 5:00 pm EST. Please consult the 2024 Timeline before you Apply, so you can commit to being present at the Live Events, should you pass the First Judging Round of the Competition and make it to the Finals.
APPLICATION CHECKLIST
Applications/Entry Submissions should include:

(Required) A Completed Application Form with profile and contact information; for an Application to be considered, ALL Entry Form Fields must be complete. The form link can be found by clicking here.

(Required) A 10-page maximum Pitch Deck (PowerPoint), or a 3-minute Video describing the Innovation, its Benefits or the Problem it solves, and How it stands apart from the competition. Please be brief and concise, so that you can help the Judges decision process. Pitch Decks or Videos should be submitted here. All applicants/competition entrants will receive an email acknowledgment by the end of the day their Application/Entry is received.
